Job summary

DeepL GmbH is seeking an SRE/DevOps oriented candidate to contribute to building reliable, scalable systems and services. The role emphasizes collaboration across site reliability teams and product development, with a focus on delivery excellence and operational excellence.

The team works to ensure services meet performance targets and business SLAs, while embedding best practices and continuous improvement across engineering tracks to support DeepL's AI-powered translation platform.

Qualifications

Experience in SRE/DevOps environments with collaboration across teams.
Blend of Platform and Cloud Engineering (virtual/physical) and Site Reliability.
Focus on customer experience as a priority.

Responsibilities

Identifying, designing and implementing technical solutions to enable team, track and business to achieve its short term goals.
Project and interrupt - oncall, team support requests - based work across all aspects on Site Reliability Engineering.
Collaborate with peers within the SRE track and across other engineers in the organisation.
Help ensure we consistently meet and exceed our Business Service Level Agreements and team SLOs.
Work closely with teams to bring about better practice and continually improve and evolve our systems to enable our teams to build and run great products.
