Senior Spinal Scrub Theatre Practitioner (Band 6)

Location: Central London

Salary: £45,000 – £54,000 per year

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert scrub support for complex spinal surgeries
• Assist in the preparation, setup and coordination of the operating theatre for spinal procedures
• Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict compliance with clinical governance, infection control and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or ODP (HCPC) qualification
• 2+ years scrub experience, preferably in spinal and orthopaedic surgeries
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A passion for surgical excellence and commitment to professional development.
