Job summary

HCRG Care Group in Guildford is seeking a Bank Senior Speech & Language Therapist to provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and tailored interventions for children with complex needs. You will collaborate with families, carers, and a wide children’s workforce to deliver effective support and guidance.

You will work across school, home and clinic settings, with hybrid working and flexible shift booking. Relevant HCPC and RC SLT membership are required; NHS experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge or training in ASD strategies and interventions.
• Experience working within the NHS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality school-based assessments as part of an MDT.
• Provide therapy programs to children, families and carers.
• Attend MDT meetings and contribute specialist advice.
• Plan, organise and manage therapy services including supervision and training.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in home, clinic and education settings.
