Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Senior Speech & Language Therapist for a brand-new school in Hemel Hempstead. You will provide specialised interventions for children and young people with complex needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support education and well-being.

HCPC registration is required; experience with teams around children, ADHD and autism is valued. The role offers a supportive clinical network and extensive professional development.

Qualifications

  • HCPC registration is required for registered SLTs.
  • Experience engaging with children/young people with complex needs is essential.
  • Experience in schools or education-based settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialised therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a clinically informed environment for education and care.
  • Offer consultation, workshops, and training to educational and residential staff.
  • Engage confidently as a guide, leader, and trainer within your area of expertise.
  • Maintain organisation and initiative in delivering the best outcomes and environments for our young people.

Salary: £47,549 - £55,480 per annum including paid school holidays
