Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Tonbridge, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, ensuring that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care, and support we offer all of our children and young people.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Speech and Language Therapist:
- Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams around children
- Support colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments; based on clinical assessment, offer individualized interventions and engagement to young people
What we are looking for in a Senior Speech and Language Therapist:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Proven skills and experience in engaging and delivering therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
- Experience supporting teams to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments
- Confident, engaging, effective model, guide, leader, and trainer
- Highly organized and proactive
- Committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people
