Job summary

Barclays Senior Speech Analyst role based in Northampton (Pavilion Drive) or Knutsford (Radbroke Hall) focuses on data-driven decision support through timely insights. Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong SQL and database experience; experience with data modelling and data governance.
• Knowledge of Python/PySpark and data analytics.
• Experience working in a Call Centre or Contact Centre environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations for customer contact trends and categories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, VUX teams and stakeholders to productionise dashboards.
• Lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions with clear content and presentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve data architectures and reporting standards.
