Senior Specifications Advisor - 6 months FTC

SENIOR SPECIFICATIONS ADVISOR FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 6 MONTHS

THE ORGANISATION
This is an integral role for a highly regarded international regulatory partner, providing the food industry - including leading retailers and market-leading manufacturers, with world-class regulatory, product information and compliance mentoring, guidance and support, locally in the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE
This role is a full-time role where you would be employed for a 6-month period. It is a home-based role and offers you the opportunity to work with and gain experience in a high performing, market leading team; to check and approve specifications and artwork for the industry.

ABOUT YOU
You must have a keen eye for detail and a high level of understanding of legal labelling requirements and everything in relation to production information. You must be highly competent in the following areas:

1. Specification and Pack Copy Review
2. Artwork Review
3. Formulation Review
4. Regulatory Developments and Adaptions

Experience working with retailers in a food manufacturing environment is a must. In addition, essential experience also includes:

1. In-depth Technical knowledge, including codes of practice, policies and guidance
2. Practical experience using specification or artwork systems and packages
3. Significant experience working in a Technical role, or in a related field
4. Consistently work at pace and to a high level of accuracy
5. Confidence to explain decisions to others
6. Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication.
