We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, and Cash Management operations for Wealth Management Clients.
This role leads a team of administrators, directly managing a manager to meet service levels with a customer-focused approach.
You will provide proactive and innovative solutions to customers and handle complex or high-profile issues requiring broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis.
You will be responsible for delivering operational services in line with Service Level Agreements and KPIs, acting as a secondary escalation point, and potentially leading processes or functions with direct reports.
Key responsibilities include managing workload and work queues, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards, demonstrating expertise within your discipline, developing policies and procedures, and advising junior professionals.
You should be well-organized, methodical, and experienced in working under strict deadlines, with excellent verbal reasoning and numeric skills. Professional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
Required knowledge includes client money and CMAR reporting, FCA regulatory environment, and familiarity with systems such as Hubwise, Bluedoor, Recon, AWD, and Autorek. Good keyboard skills and proficiency with MS Office are necessary.
Minimum of 5 years of business experience within the Financial Services Industry, with a good understanding of reconciliations. Desirable qualifications include IOC certifications and willingness to study further. Knowledge of CASS 6 & 7, and CMAR regulatory requirements is also important.
