We have an opportunity for a Senior Surety Underwriter to join our Specialty Underwriting team on a hybrid basis.

Your Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop a book of business and help design the strategy within Surety Underwriting. We are building a new team and this is a great time to be coming on board.

Your role as a Senior Surety Underwriter will involve working with selected brokers, building and maintaining relationships to optimise profitable growth from these accounts. You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management and business development techniques.

You will spend your time working with your broker panel identifying, discussing, negotiating new business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

About You

It goes without saying that as we are building a new team and entering the Surety market, to be successful in your role of Senior Surety Underwriter you will need extensive experience in Surety Underwriting with the ability to build and maintain broker relationships in order to win New Business.
