Job description

In short

As a retail trainer, you will be responsible for developing training content and delivering training to all our frontline team members. This includes retail store staff, sales staff in shop-in-shops and specialty stores, and our customer service team supporting e-commerce customers across channels. Your goal is to ensure a consistent tone of voice and a "Wow" customer experience across all channels. You will educate our retail, sales, and happiness delivery teams about On's spirit and values, our brand and product stories, and how to communicate these messages effectively to maximize revenue.

Your Mission

  1. Develop and deliver training topics to retail store teams, shop-in-shops, and franchise store staff regularly.
  2. Understand On's culture and translate it into understandable content to support retail team culture cultivation.
  3. Ensure consistent training across regional store teams, B2B stores, and franchise stores in collaboration with store leaders and tech teams.
  4. Proactively gather feedback and improve training content to meet audience and business needs.
  5. Provide coaching during store visits on culture, products, service, and leadership.
  6. Continuously evolve learning journey content and deployment in an agile business environment.
  7. Lead regional in-store trainers to maintain training consistency, effectiveness, and audience experience.
  8. Support or lead the management of e-learning platforms to enhance regional training effectiveness.
  9. Travel up to 50% for business purposes.

Your story

  1. 5-8 years of relevant experience in retail training; sports enthusiasts are a plus.
  2. Experience in course design or strong project management skills.
  3. An entrepreneurial spirit willing to take calculated risks to deliver results.
  4. Strong understanding of industry challenges and customer experience trends.
  5. Proactive, organized, reliable, with high attention to detail.
  6. A natural tendency to rethink, question, and organize retail training setups.
