Overview

The Global B2B & Product Marketing organization, as part of Integrated Marketing & Communications, partners with Product, Sales & Communications and is accountable for end-to-end product marketing. This includes leveraging consumer and customer insights to identify, test, and refine product concepts; positioning solutions internally and externally; developing sales enablement and B2B2C tools; and executing and scaling marketing plans globally.

The Senior Specialist, B2B & Product Marketing, supports the team in creating marketing solutions for customers, leveraging Mastercard's assets and platforms, and delivering a consistent and differentiated experience for consumers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with local and global Product and Sales teams to execute marketing strategies and deliver assets for go-to-market plans, focusing on bill pay and emerging payments technology.
  2. Craft product positioning and value propositions that are customer-need driven and competitively positioned.
  3. Develop content to support sales, including scalable materials, case studies, videos, white papers, and toolkits.
  4. Support research on market opportunities, trends, consumers, and the competitive landscape to refine product propositions.
  5. Assist in initiatives such as event presence, social media campaigns, and customer pitches.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing activities and events, including advertising, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, and website management.
  • Create and support creative content for marketing strategies, emphasizing thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor program performance against budgets.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using relevant metrics.
  • Prepare marketing presentations and coordinate with vendors and agencies.

  • Proven success in translating complex product/technical information into clear customer narratives.
  • Strong skills in B2B product marketing and communication.

  • Preferred expertise in the payments industry, fintech, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or open banking.
  • A problem-solving mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders.
  • A customer-centric approach with sensitivity to multicultural and diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and experience managing complex, multi-geography projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
