We are seeking a business tax lawyer to join the Practical Law Tax team in the UK.

About the role
As a Senior Specialist Legal Editor in Practical Law Tax, you will use your specialist legal knowledge of business tax to create and maintain a wide range of content. Working in a supportive team of highly experienced colleagues, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing the latest legal, regulatory, and policy developments relating to business tax and determining coverage scope
- Creating new content and maintaining existing materials in various formats
- Commissioning, reviewing, and editing content written by colleagues and external contributors
- Answering legal questions submitted by subscribers daily through the Ask service
- Engaging with customers and industry experts to stay updated on developments and trends in tax law and practice
Additionally, the Senior Specialist Legal Editor will assist with:
- Marketing the Practical Law Tax Law service and engaging with subscribers
- Collaborating with the wider Thomson Reuters team, including sales, marketing, product management, technology, and segment functions
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Substantial post-qualification experience (England & Wales) in a law firm, in-house, or at the bar
- A demonstrated interest and ability in legal writing
- In-depth understanding of business tax
