A leading green technology company seeks a Senior Specialist - HR to enhance workforce planning and onboarding strategies. The role involves implementing HR policies and optimizing benefits while bridging cultural gaps across UK project sites. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience in complex environments and hold a Bachelor's degree. About the role:
We expect you to join our UK Delivery & Service team and bring your expertise in HR management in the areas of department and project workforce planning, onboarding management and optimising, companion & benefits, policies & procedures, bridge the culture gap. You may support to manage our accommodations, vehicles across different project locations when needed.
