Job Title: Senior Specialist - HR (outsourcing)

Location: On-site at London office with regular travel across UK project sites

Report to: Head of UK Delivery & Service

About the role:

The successful candidate will join the UK Delivery & Service team, focusing on HR management in workforce planning, onboarding, policies, and cultural integration. Support for managing accommodations and transportation across project locations may be required.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop workforce strategies with UK HR, PMO, and Procurement teams
• Coordinate with regional teams to develop UK workforce plans
• Plan deployment across UK projects
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup, equipment preparation, contract drafting, and compliance checks
• Support onboarding training and update HR policies based on market insights
• Ensure HR policies comply with legislation and reflect company standards
• Implement HR processes in collaboration with HQ and develop existing solutions

Culture promotion:

• Assist in cultural programs and activities to foster a positive workplace environment
Support HR Manager in organizing cultural initiatives and learning activities

Additional HR or admin tasks may be assigned by the Head of Delivery & Service.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in international or complex matrix organizations
• Experience as HR Business Partner in delivery, service, construction, or electrical sectors
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are advantageous
• Strong practical HR knowledge, including UK labor law
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with agile methods and managing across time zones
• Reliable with full attendance and willingness to travel across UK project sites
