The world's fastest growing sportswear brand is looking for a Senior Specialist - Digital Merchandising and Trading who will implement digital trading strategy and be responsible for all in-season activities for On for the EMEA region. Being part of our On site Merchandising Team, you will be responsible for merchandising and trading, regionalization, site analytics and optimization on commercial pages. This is a great opportunity to develop a new business model, work closely with our EMEA E-com Team and drive key strategic initiatives.
Your Mission
- Form part of the EMEA Digital team supporting our Onsite Merchandising team in leading our Digital Merchandising strategy
- Own the trading strategy and drive tactical discussions to implement it
- Play a pivotal role in achieving trading excellence, ensure our offer is aligned with brand priorities and commercial needs, driving campaign activation and seasonal launches
- Provide insights and trade reports relating to site health, sales and customer journey
- Oversee onsite product lifecycle management from launch to end of season, setting new merchandising KPIs and tools
- Own and drive cross-functional alignment within EMEA digital teams (CRM, acquisition) and cross-regional teams (global merchandising and optimization)
- Support new tools testing and launches ahead of go live
Your Story
- You have 3-5 years of work experience in a similar digital merchandising/ trading or e-commerce role, ideally within the sports or fashion industries
- You have previous experience with at least one of the major ecommerce platforms (salesforce/shopify/magento)
- You have previous experience with digital retailers, accounts or premium brands
- You have knowledge of excel, powerpoint, and data visualization tools
- You possess a growth mindset - willing to step outside your comfort zone, motivated to step in and making an impact in a fast-growing environment
- You have a commercial and analytical mindset with a solution oriented approach, able to build a narrative around data
- You have strong organizational and planning skills
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills

The team is responsible for distributing On's products directly to our final customer, creating winning digital solutions and tailoring campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel.
