A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a full-time band 7 Diabetes Dietitian to deliver high-quality care for diabetes patients in outpatient settings. The successful candidate will manage complex caseloads and support the education of junior staff. The role includes responsibilities in both individual and group settings, with a focus on evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic full-time band 7 Diabetes Dietitian, or a Band-6 dietitian with diabetes experience seeking to upskill in Diabetes, to cover a maternity leave position, to join our Imperial multidisciplinary Diabetes services team based at St Marys and Queen Charlotte's Hospitals. The post holder will be working in the outpatient setting, including one-to-one, face-to-face, virtual and group settings.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality, evidence-based service to outpatients. This will include specialist expertise to patients with: type 1 diabetes requiring insulin dose adjustment, pump support, technology and self-management skills support; as well as people with Type 2 diabetes and women with diabetes in pregnancy.
