Job Description

Checkout.com is seeking a collaborative contributor to join the Commercial Strategy & Performance function within the Revenue Operations team. This contributor will serve as the key business partner to our EEA Commercial Leadership team (expanding across Spain, France, and the Netherlands); acting as a thought partner, offering data-driven insights on business trends and other key commercial KPIs related to productivity. This role will be responsible for the region's revenue forecasting, driven by a regular forecasting cadence and pipeline management process.

They will be an agent for change, leading and delivering on company-wide GTM initiatives such as sales territory planning, verticalisation, and customer segmentation. They will help operationalise the EEA Commercial strategy by implementing structure, process improvements, and lead cross-functional projects by working closely with stakeholders from different departments in and outside of the Commercial function, e.g. Product and Marketing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Go-to-market planning
  • Pipeline management and owning Commercial forecasting
  • Sales territory planning, verticalization and segmentation
  • Commercial reporting & insights to drive business discussions
  • Contribute to shaping the company's commercial strategy
  • Present to various stakeholders to influence data-driven actions
  • Customer journey mapping & sales process improvement

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Management Consulting, Revenue/Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, or a related function
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset for data interpretation are a must
  • Strong communication skills to deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations and engage in productive discussions with leaders
  • Comfortable in interacting with executives and leading cross-functional projects, with a strong determination to collaborate with others
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with confidence and calm
  • Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, customer journey mapping, and sales process is advantageous
  • Salesforce, Looker, and SQL experience is advantageous
  • Language skills: Spanish, French, or Dutch and willingness to travel to our local EEA offices for in-person collaboration from time to time is a plus
