The role requires strong 3D modelling and rendering skills, proficiency in 3ds Max/Corona, and experience with CAD tools like Vectorworks, plus familiarity with Unreal Engine or Twinmotion.

The Opportunity

We're working with a leading, award-winning brand experience agency looking for an experienced Senior 3D Spatial Designer to join their creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects for some of the world's most innovative global brands, creating exceptional physical environments across exhibitions, international trade shows, corporate events and live brand experiences.

The Role

As Senior 3D Spatial Designer, you'll play a key role in developing creative concepts and translating client briefs into engaging, innovative and buildable brand environments.

Working closely with creative, design and production teams, you'll be involved throughout the design process, from initial pitches and concept development through to detailed spatial design and visualisation.

Key responsibilities include

• Developing creative 3D concepts for exhibitions, trade shows, branded environments and live events.
• Translating briefs into compelling spatial designs that reflect brand identity and enhance visitor experiences.
• Producing high-quality 3D models, renders, CAD drawings and design presentations.
• Taking projects from initial creative concepts through to practical, buildable design solutions.
• Considering visitor flow, materials, lighting, finishes and technical production requirements.
• Collaborating with creative directors, designers and production teams to deliver projects.
• Presenting concepts and communicating design ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Exploring emerging technologies and AI tools to support the creative design process.

About You

We're looking for a confident, hands-on designer with a strong background in exhibition, events or experiential design, ideally gained within an established creative or brand experience agency.

You’ll have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative thinking alongside the technical knowledge required to bring complex spatial concepts to life.

Essential experience and skills

• Strong experience in 3D spatial design, particularly across exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events and branded environments.
• Proven experience developing concepts from initial pitch through to design development and delivery.
• Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills, particularly with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
• Experience with CAD software, ideally Vectorworks.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Twinmotion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, construction methods, lighting and finishes.
• Ability to produce compelling visualisations and communicate creative concepts effectively.
• Confident working independently, managing deadlines and taking ownership of projects.
• A collaborative approach and genuine passion for innovative design and brand experiences.

Experience incorporating AI-assisted design tools into creative workflows would also be highly valued.
