OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
  • VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
  • Minimum 24 months experience in a salon or spa as a Spa Therapist OR 12 months as a Senior Spa Therapist
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Stamina to perform at least 8 hours’ worth of treatments daily
  • Consistent delivery of treatments to a 5* standard
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
  • Deliver professional internal/external customer service to the standards trained by the Department
  • Ensure safe operation of all equipment and stock in accordance with health and safety requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your working environment
  • Assess business needs and delegate responsibilities for smooth operations
  • Resolve customer complaints escalated from team members, benefiting the resort and customers
  • Attend Departmental Briefings in the absence of the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Manager, ensuring good communication
  • Lead by example, working with the team and demonstrating strong front-of-house and customer care skills
