Job Title: Senior Spa Beauty Therapist

Hours: 40 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £ per week

A Typical Day in the Life of a Senior Spa Therapist:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs
• Lead, mentor, and support Junior Spa Therapists, fostering continuous learning and professional growth
• Liaise and support the Spa Manager
• Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients
• Ensure proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals
• Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations
• Maximize revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seek support or training if needed
• Stay informed about industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills
• Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines

What We Are Looking For:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
• Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays

It is desirable to have knowledge and experience of ELEMIS products, experience in guiding, managing, and motivating teams, and proven upselling and cross-selling skills to maximize profits.
