Some duties and responsibilities include:

• Carrying out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring treatment times are adhered to.
• Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to offer the best service to guests.
• Having thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa and Hotel facilities and rules, advising customers accordingly.
• Maintaining your working areas, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and reporting any defects.
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and using safe work practices.
• Attending training courses necessary for your therapist grade to offer all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
• Collaborating positively with managers and receptionists regarding treatments and schedule changes, including shift adjustments.
• Staying updated on product ranges and new treatments.
• Providing professional advice through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote treatments.
• Delivering excellent client care to ensure an unforgettable treatment experience.
• Maximizing revenue opportunities and seeking support or training when needed.
• Recommending suitable homecare products to help guests maintain results at home.
• Mentoring junior therapists by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Offering skin consultations and full home care prescriptions to premier guests.

Weekend work is on a rota basis.
