OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
* VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
* Experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook
* Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Spa Receptionist
* Excellent communication skills, being able to confidently speak with guests and colleagues
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
* Carry out front of house procedures as per the daily checklists. This will Include opening/closing of the Spa
* Liaise with the Spa Therapists to ensure that treatment time guidelines are adhered to, and adjustments are made immediately to ensure the client’s journey runs smoothly
* Have a full and up-to-date knowledge of the Resort facilities, services, and events
* Coordinate a guest’s consultation records with the Therapists
* Ensure that all staff adhere to the Forum Spa dress code, and are professionally presented at all times
* Perform therapies for guests when there is a shortage of Spa Therapists due to sickness/annual leave
