Lead, coach, and motivate a dynamic kitchen team — setting the standard high, every service.

Deliver consistently outstanding food for our restaurant, bar, weddings, and show-stopping events.

Host regular skills training sessions to keep the team sharp and inspired.

Keep the kitchen humming: from Health & Safety to spotless cleaning schedules and kit maintenance.

Control stock, costs, and margins — and keep waste to a minimum.

Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.

Proven experience as a Senior Sous or Head Chef in fresh food, high-volume venues.

Skilled in delivering large events and banquets without breaking a sweat.

A calm composed leader — even when the heat is on.

Passionate about food, flavour, and creativity on the plate.

A hands-on team player with a flair for coaching and mentoring.
