On-top of this, you’ll be running lunch service only, so no late nights!

This role is ideal for a Senior Sous Chef or a Sous Chef ready to take the next step and loves to mentor and train Junior Chefs! You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and guide learners in a structured, purpose-driven environment in South London!
