Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the team at the world-famous Natural History Museum.

Our cafes and restaurant serve freshly made pizzas, burgers, salads, and hot food specials.

Shifts: 5 days out of 7, daytime

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Head Chef and deputise in their absence
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve offerings
  • Maintain high standards of food quality at all times
  • Lead and motivate the chef team to perform at their best
  • Oversee stock levels and make decisions on stock control with the Head Chef
  • Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are followed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
