We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sous Chef to join our team.

Located within the Manchester International Airport complex, close to all three terminals, this dual-site property houses the Holiday Inn & ibis Budget with a total of 542 bedrooms.

Are you an experienced Sous Chef working in a high-volume hotel or restaurant, seeking a better work-life balance? Our Kitchen Team is crucial to delivering delicious dishes to our guests. They are passionate about food and pride themselves on their craftsmanship.

Do you have a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and aim to deliver exceptional dishes at our flagship Firin Restaurant and Open Lobby concept? We prepare between 250-350 dishes daily across our concepts, and expect increased demand during holidays.

You will also be involved in training and developing the team to ensure excellent service, while maintaining strict food safety and health & safety standards to ensure compliance.
