We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our leading Kitchen Team at Hakkasan Mayfair!

The ideal Senior Sous Chef has:

  • Previous relevant experience within luxury restaurants/hotels would be a distinct advantage;
  • Passion for cooking and exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team;
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
  • Good command of English and/or Mandarin Chinese with the ability to communicate confidently;
  • Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a kitchen team;
  • Experience with ordering, stock rotation, and menu development is preferred;
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
