Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive, caring environment where your team feels valued and supported, promoting a coaching culture.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a strong, developing team through recruitment and ongoing training, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Think proactively to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a caring approach that ensures your team feels heard and supported.
  • Proven ability to uphold food, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Financial acumen regarding kitchen performance, including GP and stock management.
  • Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to thrive.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
