Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high standards in food quality.
  • Experience in food safety, health and safety standards, and financial understanding including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Focus on building a coaching culture and fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
