The role |

As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent within your team, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with every dish prepared to exceptional standards, whether through your efforts or by empowering your team with necessary skills and mindset.
  • Have experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs. Proactively spot opportunities, whether as a head chef or senior sous chef.
  • Are focused on building a coaching culture, working with your head chef to build a strong team from recruitment and ongoing development. Committed to fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
