As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support and develop your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure exceptional results.

What you will do:

• Foster a positive environment where your team feels cared for and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Build a coaching culture, working with your head chef to recruit and develop your team.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions when needed.
