As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behaviour in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with genuine conversations, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
  • Experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
  • Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability.
