What You Need To Do:
  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions on your feet.
