As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

- Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team with necessary skills and mindset.
- Have experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
- Are committed to building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and adaptability.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance through positive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of having genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported.
- Proven experience maintaining high standards in food, health, safety, and financial management, including GP and stock control.
- Ability to manage labour costs effectively and adapt to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to flourish in their roles and careers.
- Passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and they belong.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
