What you will do:

• Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards, understand financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, able to think quickly and make sound decisions.
