The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment where your team feels valued and motivated, promoting a coaching culture within management
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills
  • Upholding food, health, and safety standards, and understanding the financial aspects of the kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Building a coaching culture, recruiting, and developing your team, fostering personal and professional growth
  • Being a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
