The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and supported, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen, understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a caring approach, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
