You Will

  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, collaborating with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
