The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

What you |

  • Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience, maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have considerate and supportive conversations.
