At Hotel du Vin, fifty percent of our revenue comes from catering sales. In many of our hotels, our bistros can be busier than most local restaurants! As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers brand standards smoothly and consistently. Ideally, you will have experience at this level and be capable of developing and leading your team effectively.
