Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering, hospitality, education, or contract catering environments.
• Passion for modern food trends and menu innovation.
• Strong organisational and stock management skills.
• Good computer literacy and administrative ability.
• Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Chef Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high quality and service.
• Oversee production of up to 350 breakfasts and 350 dinners daily.
• Assist with menu planning and development for modern fusion cuisine.
• Monitor costs, waste and stock levels to meet budget targets.
