As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring, supportive environment that celebrates successes and nurtures talent, role-modeling a coaching culture within management
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset
• Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs; proactively spotting opportunities

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine, supportive conversations
• Proven ability to uphold food, health, safety standards and manage financial aspects of a kitchen
