The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, recruiting, and developing your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Being a proactive problem-solver, making quick decisions, and thinking on your feet.
