The role |

As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behaviour in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to have genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported and heard.
• Experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
• Understanding of financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Ability to manage labour costs and react to changing demands.

• Problem-solving skills, able to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
