Coppa Club in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and mentor the team. You will contribute to seasonal specials, maintain hygiene and safety, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes that reflect Coppa Club's ethos—stylish, satisfying, and seasonal.

The role requires proven senior experience in a fast-paced kitchen, strong culinary technique, creativity, and leadership to inspire the team with professionalism and passion.

• Proven experience as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent leadership and communication to guide kitchen teams.
