What will the role of Senior Sous Chef involve?

  • Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specifications
  • Managing orders, stock, invoices, and food profit in line with sales
  • Developing your team alongside the Head Chef
  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Working closely with the General Manager to meet business needs

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of one year experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • The ability to read, interpret, demonstrate, and execute all basic meat, fish, sauce, and side dishes as provided by the supervisor
