What will the role of Senior Sous Chef involve?
- Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specifications
- Managing orders, stock, invoices, and food profit in line with sales
- Developing your team alongside the Head Chef
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Working closely with the General Manager to meet business needs
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will need to have:
- A minimum of one year experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- The ability to read, interpret, demonstrate, and execute all basic meat, fish, sauce, and side dishes as provided by the supervisor
