We're on the look out for a Senior Sous Chef to join our fantastic team of chefs at Farncombe. The 4 AA red star The Fish Hotel serves stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a rustic woodland setting on our 500 acre Cotswolds Estate - it's the perfect place to escape city life and breathe some fresh air into your career. Working in our 2 AA Rosette kitchen, you'll join a hardworking and organised team. The kitchen features top-of-the-range equipment, and with ongoing investment into the department, it really is an excellent work environment. With events, working lunches, and a fun gourmet hot dog menu for our bar and room service, every day is different and there is so much to learn!

All chefs' career development is a core focus for us, and at Farncombe we have many opportunities for you to gain new skills and experience a wide variety of menus, restaurant styles and sizes, all featuring the very best of fresh ingredients. With Dormy House (3 AA rosette and 4 AA rosette restaurants/tasting menu) and Foxhill Manor (unique menu-less top end kitchen) also on the Estate, it's a unique opportunity for any chef serious about their career to join and experience.

We offer a salary package of just over £46,805 per year (£43,305 basic, plus approximately £3,000-£3,500 per year in service charge) based on a 48 hour week. We can also consider live in accommodation whilst you get yourself settled (charged at £303 per month).
