About The Role
The Senior Sous Chef at Allianz Stadium plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This position involves leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for menu development, inventory control, and ensuring that every dish meets the company's high expectations for taste, presentation, and consistency. Additionally, the role requires strong leadership skills to mentor and train junior kitchen staff, while working closely with management to enhance the dining experience and meet the needs of the diverse clientele at Allianz Twickenham.
Duties

- Uphold the highest hygiene, cleanliness, and food preparation standards in line with company specifications, ensuring excellence in every dish.
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, taking ownership of operations and ensuring seamless service.
- Assist with ISO documentation, contributing to maintaining high operational standards and certification.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, minimize waste, and effectively manage deliveries to maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen.
