The Job Role
- The Senior Sous Chef will be working in a brigade of 5 with support from the wider business when busy.
- Full management of the onsite Gastro Pub serving stable pub classics and specials.
- Senior Sous Chef to manage the kitchen compliance and orders, reporting into the Executive Chef on site.
Requirements
- A Sous Chef with a strong background in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub.
- The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality kitchen.
- A calm approach in the kitchen during busy service periods.
- The Sous Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
