Pre-opening Senior Sous Chef - art'otel London Hoxton

We are recruiting a passionate Senior Sous Chef for what is set to be one of the most talked-about restaurants in Hoxton!

Located on the 25th floor of the art'otel Hoxton, this 70-cover restaurant offers a dazzling skyline view, complemented by its own 110-cover destination cocktail bar.

The culinary vision is inspired by the flavors of the Côte d'Azur, focusing on Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine, blending sunshine cuisine with contemporary dining.

As a Master of your Craft, you will …

  • Have proven experience with French and Mediterranean food in a fine dining setting
  • Be hands-on, leading from the front
  • Ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Provide leadership by example, empowering your team, and fostering an inspiring service culture
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external guests & suppliers, including hotel colleagues
  • Apply your knowledge and share best practices regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency, and profitability
